I used to be an avid book buyer and I'd buy books that I like thinking that someday it will go into a home library. I then realized that we don't have room in our house for a proper and comfortable library. All we've managed so far is a reading nook. And I must admit, excepting a few books that I do read over and over again, I rarely read many of the books that I own. So we ended up donating a bunch of books to Goodwill when we moved in.
Now we go to the library about once a week. And I kind of like it this way. We rotate out collections of books, magazines, CDs and DVDs every week or so. And thankfully, our library is very well stocked so it has all the latest movies, like 100+ magazine titles, every major newspaper and recent books as well. Oh and the library has pretty long hours of operation as well, so it's really convenient.
