We just followed this recipe with the following exceptions:
- We didn't have molasses so we replaced it with 1 tbsp honey and ~2 tbsp brown sugar. If you like fluffy cookies, this is a good replacement for you. I like very chewy cookies so next time I would try 3 tbsp honey or just stick with molasses.
- We also had to increase the baking time from 10 minutes to 18 minutes. I'm not sure why still. Was it because we replaced the molasses?
- And I cut back the white sugar from 1 cup to 3/4 cup. Not big on super sweet baked goods.
