So our rather neglected master bedroom has been getting all attention lately. It looked like this almost a year ago. To this a day ago with newly painted walls, white curtains, a sunburst mirror to grace the headboard and a nice side table. And to this today!!! Notice anything different? We got the Lorraine chair from Restoration Hardware! A real splurge (though we did get 20% off the sticker price) but it's so nice!!! I think it took the room to a new level and is such a statement piece. Doesn't it feel instant French country and more grown up? I can now imagine reading in the reading nook for a long time. Not that I don't like the rocking chair, but I like this better! We will find another place for the rocking chair, don't worry about him. And I think the orchid looks happier here, too. :) It may just found a new home. And it is so spacious! Here I am demonstrating how I would be potentially using the space. Here's a look at the panned out look again. :) Oh happy day. :)

Hi, I am looking at purchasing this exact chair online, how would you rate comfort of the chair? I was thinking of getting one for our living area is it comfy enough in your opinion for long sitting?

Hi! I sat in the chair for more than 3 hours yesterday with my laptop and was still happy in it. I'm pretty petite and I can probably sit all day Indian style on it.
